"VimpelCom" gets rid of corrupt partners, the comment of the press service of the company

Yesterday, October 19, at the opening of the new Beeline shopping center on Tverskaya Street in Moscow, Mikhail Slobodin, Director General of VimpelCom, responding to questions from Vitaly Akimov, ComNews correspondent, shed light on the course of the anti-corruption campaign, the launch of which was announced earlier September at the conference of suppliers.

According to Mr. Slobodin, after the announcement of the anti-corruption company, 12 suppliers admitted to using the "gray" schemes in the "voluntary-compulsory regime." According to the general director of VimpelCom, these are “fairly large suppliers, with whom the procedure for clearing all previous relationships is proceeding.” The company will deal with all “non-volunteers” during the remaining time until the end of the year.

In September, the leadership of the operator of communication offered all partners, before October 1, to voluntarily confess, "clean up and continue to work or leave in disgrace."
