RSS and tags

Here I read on Google our Habr, and the idea appeared - whether and not to make the list of tags in RSS below, which the author assigns for his news? Make some small text so that it can be seen that this is not the main text, but maybe someone will need it? Maybe someone will want to read more about something, as for this news?
