According
to Chinese bloggers, local police began to track the traffic that passes through Twitter. It comes to the fact that some Twitter accounts are completely blocked as soon as they begin to discuss prohibited topics.
It is believed that tracking Twitter is much more difficult than blogs and forums. All this is done by the army of state censors and civil “brigade men”, the total number of which is estimated at 280 thousand people. They also get paid for posting pro-government messages on forums and in chat rooms: about 50 mao (0.5 yuan, $ 0.07) per message.
Special teams to "clean up" the Internet are created at schools and universities. On the work done, they report to representatives of the Chinese Communist Party.
