The system of control over providers at the cost of 100 million rubles will be created by the developer SORM



The control system for blocking sites "Revizor" will be developed by the company "MFI Soft", which previously created SORM. Initially, the maximum contract price was more than 100 million rubles, writes Roskomsvoboda. But "MFI Soft" offered to perform work for 84.18 million rubles.

In total, 3 companies took part in the competition. These are LLC Wellink, which offered its development services for 83.73 million rubles, I-Teco CJSC, which estimated the work at 138.5 million rubles and MFI Soft LLC, with a price of 84.18 million rubles. The winner was chosen by the competition commission on the totality of the submitted proposals and prices for these works.

According to the head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Zharov, "Auditor" will be able to ensure the monitoring of the effectiveness of blocking prohibited sites in real time.

“The essence of a probe or program is that, as a regular user, but faster than a simple user, it sends a large number of requests across the entire list of prohibited resources and, by the number of answers, can inform the inspector of Roskomnadzor whether the site is blocked,” said Zharov.
