So far, domestic manufacturers account for about 16% of the civilian microelectronics market. Russian companies will produce components for ID cards under the program of the Federal Migration Service, for a military badge, as well as RFID tags that will be put on drugs, gives examples of Manturov.
The state will also order components for the Mir cards of the National Payment Card System (NSPK), which will be produced by the Russian Mikron and Angstrom plants. Secondly, Vnesheconombank ( VEB ) can support these plants with loans, for which no budget money is needed. The total need of Mikron and Angstrem for loans from VEB is 25 billion rubles.
The President of the Elvis Group of Companies, Yaroslav Petrichkovich, who participated in the meeting, added that computer equipment will also be included in the state order - personal computers, servers, mobile devices, which will be purchased by state bodies.
