The largest Chinese service for ordering a taxi Didi continues to invest in competitors Uber. Close to the end of the transaction is to invest
one hundred million dollars in Lyft , and Didi announced new investments - this time in the largest service in India, Ola and a similar Malaysian company GrabTaxi.
Didi invests in Uber competitors in the markets where he is trying to grow. In early September, Uber
began work in a hundred Chinese cities . In India, Ola Cabs
occupies 60% of the taxi services market , in January 2015, the service bought a competitor TaxiForSure with its 14% market share and bypassed Uber.
“We look forward to sharing lessons from the two largest markets in the world and blueprint, to which our partnership will lead, in addition to our desire to provide billions of Indians with mobility,”
Ola comments on the deal .
The deal between Didi and Ola may contain terms similar to Didi and Lyft, where users of one application can order a taxi from another company.
