“A decision was made to declare Google’s actions a violation of Article 10 § 1“ On protection of competition, ”said Kudryavtsev. According to this article, the offending company is obliged to pay a fine in the amount of 1-15% of the company's revenue on the market in which the violation was committed, over the past year.
Within 10 working days, an order should be issued on the need for the company to stop abusing the dominant position and taking actions that are aimed at ensuring competition.

Recall that the case against Google was initiated on the complaint of "Yandex". According to representatives of the domestic company, Google dictates its own conditions to manufacturers of mobile devices based on Android OS. Yandex claims that Google prohibits mobile device manufacturers from pre-installing applications and services from other Internet companies. For example, last year, Google banned the pre-installation of any Yandex services on Fly, Explay and Prestigio mobile devices.
At the same time, third-party companies get access to key components of the platform, including Google Play, only under the terms of Google. As a result, the American company may even impose a ban on cooperation with competing services.
