It is no secret that employees of Russian companies during their working hours visit various websites with the telling name “time killers”.
Kickidler researchers have
figured out what these sites are and how much precious time they spend on employees.
It turned out that the social network
"VKontakte" takes away most of the time from employees. Every second employee (42%) comes to her daily from a working computer and spends 84 minutes a day on the site.

Yandex.Maps ,
Yandex.Market, and others). Nevertheless, in aggregate, they spend less time there (35 minutes) during the working day than on VKontakte. The social network
"My World" of
Mail.ru Group company is popular with 36% of respondents. They spend 32 minutes a day in it, which is 2.6 times less than in VKontakte. “Classmates” are visited by only 19% of employees. They spend on this social network 31 minutes a day.

Among the sites with video content leads
YouTube . In second place is
Rutracker.org .
RBC holds the first place among news sites tightly in the hands of
RBC . 11% of employees visit it daily. They spend in search of information on the topic of the day about 46 minutes a day.

In total, Kickidler has identified 10 time-killer groups: social networks, portal web services, news sites, video content sites, electronic and home appliances online stores, travel websites, movie reviews sites, bill payment sites, sites with ads and humorous portals. The study was conducted among 10 companies with a cumulative fleet of more than 300 personal computers,
