The car sharing system has been launched in Moscow: 100 cars for short-term rental are available within the Moscow Ring Road.
Since September 10, a short-term car rental system has been operating in Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin took part in the project presentation. At the first stage, 100 cars are available to Muscovites, by the end of the year their number will increase to five hundred. Experts believe that one car in the system can replace ten private cars.

By the end of the year, the city planned to start work on five hundred cars, the project started on September 10 and currently has one hundred cars in Moscow. Investment in the project until the end of the year will amount to six hundred million rubles. Sergei Sobyanin stressed that each car in the car sharing system is estimated by experts to replace ten private cars.
