Since September 10, a short-term car rental system has been operating in Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin took part in the project presentation. At the first stage, 100 cars are available to Muscovites, by the end of the year their number will increase to five hundred. Experts believe that one car in the system can replace ten private cars.

You can use the “Delimobil” cars within five kilometres from the Moscow Ring Road. A minute trip will cost 8.9 rubles, 1.5 rubles worth parking. After booking a vehicle, the client will have twenty free minutes for searching and inspecting the car. Investors of the project considered that using a car-sharing machine would cost an average of 30% cheaper than a taxi ride at a standard fare.
