Note that Huawei, Lanit, plus Centrin Data Systems will take part in the construction of the data center.
To service the data center, it is planned to use the Siberian hydroelectric power stations, which can supply low-cost electricity. The same hydropower plants are already supplying electricity to the aluminum factories of UC Rusal. Note that now the
demand for data centers in Russia is growing , one of the drivers of such growth is the entry into force of the law on the storage of personal data.

The first phase of the data center will contain 1,800 racks, this facility will be built by 2018, and about $ 55 million will be required for its construction. In total, eight thousand racks will be installed by 2024.
Deripaska is ranked 17th on the list of Russia's richest businessmen, with a fortune of $ 6.2 billion.
