For the first time in 5 years of the existence of the Yandex.Real estate service, the company launched the eponymous mobile application

September 3 can be considered the official release date of the first mobile application for the Yandex.Real estate online service. Now the company “Yandex” (in combination - the developer of this application) has every chance to expand the audience of the service at the expense of the mobile audience.

Users of desktop and mobile versions of the application will be able to configure synchronization between them. The user can mark favorite options that he found sitting at a personal computer. After that, they are automatically saved in the mobile application. Moreover, the phone numbers of the people who placed the ads will be stored in the mobile application separately and prepared for the call.

From the mobile application "Yandex. Realty" will be available the entire database of ads for rental housing, selling apartments and houses from the desktop version. For busy and pedantic users, ads are filtered by parameters such as the number of rooms, cost, type of housing (new or secondary) and location on the map. The search for apartments in new buildings is available for Moscow, St. Petersburg and their regions.

The application "Yandex.Real estate" is available for download in the stores of mobile applications "Yandex.Store", the App Store and Google Play since September 3.

The version of “Yandex. Realty” for mobile devices appeared 5 years after the release of the desktop online version. At the dawn of its development, the service acted as an ad aggregator. And only since December 2014, real estate agencies and private homeowners were able to offer their ads for placement directly. However, as before, ads on the service are free. According to Yandex, the total audience of the service in Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region over the last year (August 2014 to August 2015) increased by a quarter, and the revenue doubled. The company’s representatives did not disclose absolute figures, RBC reports .

But competing companies are not asleep on the expensive sofas of their comfortable offices. Avito , for example, attacks on two fronts at once: its housing search services at the Avito Ad site and third-party Domofond.ru earned fame for the Union. The first of them leads the App Store rating in Russia in the Lifestyle category. The second is funded by the Singapore group Korbitec . Another competitor, CIAN Group , owns CIAN.Real estate , Realty.dmir.ru (Real Estate and Prices) and emls.ru projects . The group ranks 19th in the ranking of the most expensive Runet companies, according to Forbes. According to liveinternet.ru, in November 2014, the cumulative audience of all these projects amounted to approximately 4.3 million unique users.

In late August , Rambler expanded the range of functions on the Rambler.Real estate portal and launched a legal service to check the “cleanliness” of apartments, Lenta.ru reported . For this purpose, the portal has concluded a special agreement with experts of the legal service. As it turned out, Russian users are willing to pay for the "cleanliness" of apartments in every sense of the word. Moreover, according to the developers, the cost of this service will be significantly lower than in real estate agencies. While the service is available to residents of Moscow, but in the future it is planned to connect the city of the Moscow region and other regions.
