Communications must be adapted to accommodate Internet and television equipment in a special room, as well as networks of different standards - Ethernet , coaxial, optical.
The new rules could remove an additional barrier to access to services, expand the choice of their suppliers, believes Dmitry Petrov, director of relations with the legislative and executive authorities of MegaFon .
