The letter was sent to "Support of Russia", an organization that represents the interests of both small and medium businesses. It is worth noting that in the same letter there is a proposal to toughen the punishment for selling alcohol on the Web without a license up to the criminal one. It is also proposed to block sites through which alcohol is illegally sold.

The appeal of “Support of Russia” was signed by the heads of the Union of Alcohol Producers, the Committee of Alcohol Producers, the Union of Winegrowers and Winemakers of Russia, and the Commonwealth of Rusbrand brand manufacturers.
