“There have been no shocks in the recruitment market for over 20 years in the good sense of the word. And we believe that JungleJobs will be one of the companies that will change the archaic and non-transparent recruitment market, and will make it convenient for both clients and recruiters, ”said Impulse VC partner Kirill Belov.
JungleJobs ranked in the top 5 startups rankings of The Untitled. The managing partner of The Untitled in Russia and the CIS countries Konstantin Sinyushin agrees that the project will change the recruitment market in Russia. The founder of JungleJobs, Yevgenia Dvorskaya, said that the funds received will be spent on “launching two new products in which small and medium businesses will also be interested.”

JungleJobs works on the principle of online auction: the employer chooses from the many offers of recruiters the most suitable. The company now has 20-25 contracts with employers from various fields and about 220 with recruiters. Having concluded one contract, the employer has the opportunity to work with an unlimited number of recruiters throughout the country. Having found an interesting offer, the recruiter sends an application to the employer about his willingness to search for candidates. Applicants' resumes can be sent directly via JungleJobs. Communication between employers and recruitment agencies also takes place on the site - online. The whole history of correspondence is saved.
JungleJobs Commission is 20%, and recruitment agency receives 80% of the fee. The project website says that, working with JungleJobs, a recruiter gets 3-5 times more for closing a job.
JungleJobs was launched in November 2014. Similar projects appeared in Europe and the USA three years ago. Now online recruitment tools are common in Russia. In June 2015, JungleJobs transferred 1 million rubles to recruiters, RBC Dvorskaya told. The company's revenue this month amounted to 1.25 million rubles. The Impulse VC and The Untitled funds were the first investors in the project. Before that, Dvorskaya and its partners invested their own funds in it.
Before launching JungleJobs, Evgenia Dvorskaya worked in recruiting for about 10 years. In 2009-2011, she held the position of deputy general director for development of the recruiting company
"Beagle" and was responsible for entering the company on the Russian market.
