The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) initiated a case, the reason for which was the increase in tariffs "Mail of Russia" on the leased postal cells. As it turned out, the case was opened on August 13, Lenta
reports . According to the FAS, the Post of Russia violates the first paragraph of the first part of the tenth article of the law “On Protection of Competition”.
The basis for the initiation of the case were numerous appeals of citizens and legal entities. The trial is scheduled for September 30, 2015. A
press release was published on the department’s website, which states that “The reason for initiating the case was the numerous appeals of citizens and legal entities to the actions of FSUE Russian Post, which resulted in a sharp increase in the tariffs for the subscription service of the postal box.”

It is worth noting that the FAS filed a case also against Disney Channel CIS, on suspicion of violating the law on advertising by the company.
