• Before making any decision, try to get the most relevant information. The decision taken on incomplete or incorrect information is likely to be bad.
• It is incredibly easy to hit a person because of some misstep, it's almost as easy as clicking a switch. Resist as much as you can. Previously, you also made mistakes and made the wrong decisions, but it allowed you to grow and become who you are. Do not deprive your employees of this opportunity.
• Always do something useful, even if you just pick up a crumpled piece fallen by the basket and no one will know about it, you already know that you did it. Do for the product, company and customers all that you can in this situation.
• Admit that you can not do everything yourself. Learn to trust your employees.
• Obviously, there is a more efficient way to do what you do. How? Try not to dwell on the obvious. Because there is always the simplest, and as usual the wrong decision.
• Find out which employees rely on you and how you can help them be more self-sufficient. Can you do something that no one else can? Do not monopolize this skill. Isn't it easier to transfer your skills to someone and learn something new?
• Do not say anything if it does not contribute to the discussion. Your voice is far from being so melodic and beautiful to be surely heard.
• The best solution is not as important as creating the necessary processes for its implementation.
• Do not feel sorry for rewards as well as tips, with which everyone loves to litter left and right. With a kind word and a gun, you can achieve much more than just a gun.
• Never dwell on yourself. Selfishness has not brought anyone to good. Do not hinder the cause for the sake of improving your own CSW
