Lanit and
Systematica Group of Companies announced the consolidation of assets on the basis of their consulting divisions. The united company called Consist business groups includes
Lanit Consulting and
LC Europe , as well as
TOPS Consulting and
Sciener belonging to Systematics.
More than 800 employees will work in 12 offices of the company. Offices are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Belgorod, Tambov, Barnaul, Tver, Volgograd, Kostroma, Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Penza and Budapest.
The decision to establish the company was made a year and a half ago.
Each of the two merged companies will own 50% each in a new firm. Its annual turnover is estimated at 2 billion rubles. The head of the merged company was the former CEO of Lanit Consulting, Pavel Goryansky. The new leadership is not planning any downsizing after the merger.

The main market advantage of Consist will be the combination of a line of technologies and a team of specialists in the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems for large businesses and state-owned companies. According to the representatives of “Lanita”, the units complement each other both in terms of the areas in which they operate and in terms of geography.
