Colleagues, on July 7 (7 months) we officially released version 7.0. :)
One of the best releases released by our company. There is something to be proud of.
7 key changes in version 7.0 make the product easy to learn for beginners, convenient for experienced users and more functional for professionals:
')
1. Adaptive interface.
2. Content creation wizards.
3. Multiuser photo gallery (photo bank)
4. Portal blogs
5. Full support for UTF-8 encoding
6. Support OpenID and Live ID
7. HTML caching
And a whole host of other things ...I understood that no matter how many letters we wrote, it’s best to
see how it works :)

Much work has been done on testing and improving the usability of interfaces. The inconvenient word is usability for the Russian language :), and it is often used out of place. In the development we have dozens of people, because we invited teachers to us and
learned usability . :)
The interface version 6.5 was difficult to learn for new users. I think the
Adaptive Interface version 7.0 was a success. :) All subjects coped with the tests without training.
We have long talked about support for UTF-8 in the product. It was possible to cheat and previously use UTF-8. But we didn’t do standard support, because somehow hosters haven’t yet had a replacement for more adequate versions of MySQL and PHP. Now the situation has changed. From version 7.0, the product is already placed in UTF-8 by default and works correctly with all external payment systems that in 1251 want to receive data or in other encodings other than UTF-8.
More information about all this can be found on our website:

virtual lab .
You can
download and try it yourself . (for Windows, a simple installer installs “Bitrix: Web Environment” - everything you need to work under Windows)
