NVision Group in mid-July. Now an IT integrator is not entitled to supply IBM hardware and software. However, existing contracts for technical support for IBM products remain with NVision Group.

Sistema . As a result, the minority shareholders of MTS and AFK “Sistema” found the acquisition unprofitable. However, the operator still bought 100% of the company for 15 billion rubles.

Lanit . IBM and Lanit have been collaborating for over 20 years. Every year Lanit supplied the equipment and software of the corporation in the amount of several tens of millions of dollars a year. Until recently, the largest customers of Lanita were Sberbank, Rosstat, the Federal Treasury and the Government of the Moscow Region. Now IBM will work with them directly. Moreover, the corporation, in principle, plans to switch with large customers to the operation mode without intermediaries.
