Forced diary registration?

A strange message came to me today from www.liveinternet.ru . I was informed that:
1. Some user added me to their friends
2. An account is registered for me (there is a login and password)
3. I can go there, choose a name and chat with friends (probably a lot of them)
4. I can even not use it if I want :)

Question to users of this project (is there such?) - is it normal when I’m being a friend where I don’t? (Or rather, they have my counter - can they be friends with him?) Is it normal when I ask me if they create a diary?
Or is it such a virus? Or a system for creating dead souls - like we already have xxx diaries?

UPD: Everything is more fun and more fun. I went to the link. They offered to register (although in the letter it was about an account already created), but after that - a second later a message came that my mailbox was confirmed and a mailbox was created for me now! What else can we offer there?
UPD2: Their email is served by Google (redirected at registration) with the corresponding consequences. The question is, why would I need another if I did not ask?
