MTS TV service for
Smart TV users in early August. By the end of the year, the operator plans to conclude an agreement with all manufacturers of "smart" TVs, including Samsung, Philips, Panasonic, Sony and others, said a representative of the operator Dmitry Solodovnikov. The service will provide an opportunity to play TV content simultaneously on a smartphone, tablet, TV or computer.
The MTS TV service will cost customers 15 rubles per day (450 rubles per month). For this amount, users will get access to 130 channels and 100 full-length films of the Miramax company and TV series BBC. In addition, the subscription to the “Cartoons” packages (6 rubles per day), “Entertainment” (6 rubles per day) and the so-called adult package (10 rubles per day) will be sold.
MTS TV will be available for customers of any providers - they will not need to lay a separate cable for TV, buy or rent a set-top box, enter into a separate contract with MTS, Solodovnikov stressed.

SPB TV, the leader of the mobile TV market in the CIS, became the developer of the MTS TV service. A source close to MTS said that the operator had not invested money in application development, but would share revenues with a partner by about 50 to 50.
