Web analytics service SimilarWeb announced the acquisition of the Israeli platform for searching and distributing content on social networks Swayy .
Swayy was sold for nearly $ 5 million. Company employees, including the founders, will join the SimilarWeb team. And the Swayy App will no longer be released. It allowed brands to analyze the preferences and reactions of the audience on social networks and find relevant content that increases the popularity of the brand. In Swayy previously invested Elevator Fund , Star Farm Ventures and RSL totaling $ 550 thousand. Swayy was founded in 2013. Its founders are Ohad Frankfurt, Oz Katz, Shlomi Babluki and Lior Degani.
