Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on doubling the maximum amount of revenue for enterprises. For microenterprises, it will be 120 million rubles, for small businesses - 800 million rubles, for an average - 2 billion rubles without VAT.
Restrictions for the maximum number of employees have not changed - 100 people for small and 250 people for medium-sized businesses.
According to the Prime Minister, the change in revenue limits will allow a larger number of companies to access the state order and financial support through various programs, Vedomosti reports.
For Russian entrepreneurs, it would be much more important to increase the thresholds taken into account when choosing tax regimes, says Dmitry Nesvetov, a member of the board of the Moscow branch
of Opora Russia . For example, marginal revenue for the simplified tax regime is 60 million rubles.

Doctor at Work, endorses the government’s decision. He also believes that the economy needs stimulation not only in terms of revenue: “One businessman sells potatoes, the other - microprocessors. But both get the same benefits, although the one who gets microprocessors should get the benefits first. ”
This year, the government
will allocate 17.5 billion rubles for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. "All subjects will receive subsidies, but different," said Dmitry Medvedev.
On July 16, the Presidential Council
approved the FAS bill on outdoor advertising quota for small and medium-sized businesses. It was proposed to allocate for them 20% of advertising spaces and designs during the auction.
