system MenuForYou . The specialization of the new fund will be b2b-solutions in the consumer sector.
The B2B Lab was founded by Alexander Boyko, Alexey Romanov (the former director of the purchasing part of Rosnano Corporation) and the shareholder of
B2B-Center Vadim Potrashkov (director of strategic development).
Kamaflow has become a shareholder and managing partner of the fund.
The MenuForYou deal was closed a few days ago, Firrma
reports referring to Kamaflow partner Yevgeny Borisov. According to him, the fund received 25% of the project and an option that allows bringing the share of investors to almost 50% of the company's capital.

The fund plans to invest about $ 2 million in 3-5 projects by the end of this year. The decisive criterion for evaluating projects for the B2B Lab is the ability to pay dividends for 2-3 years.
Shareholders of the fund do not exclude that they can increase the volume of the fund. Everything will depend on the results of its work in the first half of the year.
