According to the plan, in the “Electronic budget” they will publish in the public domain data on managing the finances of state bodies and other subjects of the budget process. On July 9, at a government meeting, Medvedev expressed the opinion that transferring the budget to an electronic form would increase budget transparency.
“All open information will be posted on a single base, a single portal of the budget system,” the premier said.

The document also approves the rules for forming and maintaining a list of state and municipal services; this list is also planned to be published on the
single portal of the budget system of the Russian Federation.
