The head of the
Federal Tax Service Mikhail Mishustin will present a report on e-tax administration at a seminar forum on tax administration (FTA) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). It will be held in Moscow. Mr Mishustin will talk about the Russian experience in introducing electronic tax services.
The participants of the two-day seminar will be representatives of the tax services of Australia, most of the jurisdictions of the European Union, China, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, New Zealand, as well as corporate structures - Teradata, Accenture and EY teams. Russia is not yet a member of the OECD, but is negotiating accession. But Russia is a member of the FTA, and the working group on the issue of electronic services is headed by the head of the service, Mikhail Mishustin.
The FTA has on its agenda the problems of developing personalized tax administration services and the strategy of integrating tax services electronic services into unified government services. The United Kingdom actively supports the unification of all public services, as it has successful experience in this. In Canada, they plan to create a single portal for more than a hundred departments.

The task of the FTA in this case is to analyze and summarize the experience of different countries. Thus, for example, a tendency was revealed towards the manifestation of conservatism and insufficient activity of taxpayers when using electronic tax services.

Last year, Russia was among the top twenty European leaders in the degree of implementation of electronic public services. Since 2012, it is in the top 30 of the UN rating for the development of electronic public services. However, in most countries, the identification system is much less secure.
Recently, the practice of using social networks for general information to taxpayers is relevant. In this sense, the experience of the Netherlands deserves attention. There, social networks are also used for monitoring, as tax services can learn some facts of interest from user accounts, Kommersant
