Eksmo filed separate claims against the sites Flibusta.net, Litmir.me and Rutracker.org at the Moscow City Court. All three sites claim to life block,
according to RBC .
On June 29, Flibusta was blocked on the territory of Russia at the request of the Eksmo publishing house. The reason was the distribution of books by Ray Bradbury
"451 degrees Fahrenheit" , "Dandelion Wine", "Martian Chronicles" and "Golden Apples of the Sun".
The reason for the suit against Litmir.me was the works by Vasily Golovachyov “Return of“ Stopkrim ”,“ Trian ”,“ War of HAARP ”,“ Absolute Player ”,“ Fugitive ”,“ Kink of Evil ”.
The publishing house’s claim against Rutracker consisted in the distribution of books by Gai Julia Orlovsky, Vasily Golovachev, Alex Orlov and Alexey Kalugin.

The Moscow City Court satisfied the claims of Eksmo, and Roskomnadzor began blocking resources. The next step of the publishing house was to sue in order to “oblige to stop creating a threat of violation and to exclude in the future the possibility of re-placing content without Exmo’s consent, for which sites can be blocked for life in accordance with
the updated anti-piracy legislation effective May 1, 2015 .
