Sony has launched a crowdfunding platform for its own employees

Sony launched the First Flight crowdfunding platform to promote the business ideas of its own employees. The platform will allow you to pre-order devices created by Sony developers.

Sony CEO Kazuo Hirai encourages employees to create new gadgets and technology, while some units do not show the best financial results. In February 2015, she singled out from the corporation into separate business units departments dealing with audio and video technologies. The company plans to leave three main areas:
