AFK Sistema may sell IT-integrator NVision to MTS operator

In 2014, Sistema bought 38.75% of the shares from Malofeev and the founders of NVision, increasing its stake to 88.75%. In January 2015, Sistema brought its share to 100%. After the transaction, NVision received a valuation of $ 88 million.

It is worth noting that Sistema also owns 51.46% of MTS.

In March, the former head of the MTS branch in the Urals, Sergey Kuzmin, became the president of the NVision Group. He replaced Vyacheslav Smirnov in this post, Comnews reported . In the new position, Sergey Kuzmin will be responsible for improving the operating and financial performance of the company, developing IT services and services in the priority markets for the company.

Last year, NVision Group introduced a new strategy: in two to four years, the company planned to consolidate the IT assets of Sistema. As a result, an increase in the share of intellectual services and own development in the integrator's income structure was assumed. In addition, NVision planned to build its own data center to deploy cloud services and create a new business line.
