Unisound , in the first half of the year the market of audio advertising on the Internet increased from 30 million to 42 million rubles. The growth rate of the market segment reached 320%. The company's experts predict that by the end of 2015 the market volume will be 125 million rubles, and by the end of 2016 - 250 million rubles.
“The segment of audio advertising is similar to the segment of video advertising, the volume of which several years ago amounted to hundreds of millions of rubles, and this year it will reach 5 billion rubles,” said Unisound CEO Stanislav Tushinsky. He believes that audio advertising is created for users who are already accustomed to ignore banner ads and videos.
According to Unisound, earlier monthly coverage of audio broadcasts in Runet reached 47 million unique users. The potential market volume was estimated at 1-1.5 billion rubles per year. Today, 25 audio tracks account for one audio commercial.

Online audio advertising has such advantages as the low price of advertising production ($ 100-300), the possibility of geo-targeting and the provision of extended information about the product on the smartphone display, Kommersant
