This decision was made after researchers on behalf of the government of the country found out that about 15 million people are addicted to video games in France, that is, the cultural influence of games on the population is very significant.

Currently, a “scale of the cultural value of a video game” has been developed, to which the creative abilities of the development team of the scriptwriter, director, composer, artist and other participants belong.
