Web Standards Days June 20 in St. Petersburg

On Saturday, June 20, we again hold a Web Standards Days conference on frontend and web standards in St. Petersburg and will be glad to see you among the participants.

Venue new. Instead of the usual faculty for retraining of specialists at the Polytech, we decided to try something new and found an excellent hall in the very center of St. Petersburg - the Center for Business Culture on Pochtamtskaya Street.

This year we will please you with a foreign speaker, Bruce Lawson, who will be performing in Petersburg for the first time and will tell you about Blink.

On #wstdays we want to make a stand for the exchange of stickers and books on web topics and related topics.

We ask you to grab stickers about web technologies that you don’t feel sorry for exchanging or donating, or they just have you doing nothing. Surely, you have oktokat somewhere, stickers from conferences, logos of technologies, companies, projects, etc ... Anyone can come up, many can be the same.

We also suggest that you support bookcrossing and swap books about HTML, CSS, JS, and web technologies in the first place. But, for sure, the books of related topics will also be useful: on programming, management and design. If you have read the book and are willing to donate it to other interested people, then bring it with you to the conference. But look, don't get carried away with too hardcore books that aren't relevant.

Registration is open, participation, as always, is free - webstandardsdays.ru/2015/06/20
