But at the same time, the working area is limited by the size of your thumb, which you can drive across the screen of your mobile phone while holding it with one hand.



Now let's introduce users of our Breastfeeding app . These are young mothers who hold the baby with one hand and fix the start of feeding with the other using the mobile application. In this case, feeding can range in duration from a few minutes to half an hour. Moms look at the changing ads and click on it. At the same time, we made it easier for moms to process. Now no need to reach into the opposite part of the screen. The banner is within reach of the thumb (see picture below).



Placing a banner in this way does not contradict AdMob's recommendations on placing banners, since the main working area of ​​the application is the top buttons L, R and a bottle. The banner lies on the substrate and is separated from the table. The "+" button appeared in the application much later than the experiment. At the time of changing the position of the banner (last summer) it was not at all. She came to the application along with the material design.
