The court notes that “the parties have reached an agreement on the payment by the employer to the employee of funds in the amount of ruble equivalent of $ 1,724,138 at the rate of the Russian ruble of the Central Bank of Russia set at the date of payment”. At the time of July 12, 2010 it is 53 million rubles. (at the rate of 30.8 rubles for a dollar established by the Central Bank).

The employment contract of the company with Igor Matsanyuk was signed on April 16, 2009, and on July 12, 2010, the parties terminated this agreement. At the same time, 2/3 of the amount of the ruble equivalent of $ 1.7 million Mail.ru had to pay no later than 5 days from the date of signing the contract on dismissal.

In addition, on August 4, 2010, the CEO of IT Territory Alexander Vashchenko was also dismissed. The total amount of payments to former employees from Mail.Ru Geyms amounted to 57.8 million rubles. Based on this sum, we can assume that Vashchenko received a little less than 5 million rubles.
