The court notes that “the parties have reached an agreement on the payment by the employer to the employee of funds in the amount of ruble equivalent of $ 1,724,138 at the rate of the Russian ruble of the Central Bank of Russia set at the date of payment”. The employment contract of the company with Igor Matsanyuk was signed on April 16, 2009, and on July 12, 2010, the parties terminated this agreement.
