Following the results of inspections, 141 companies ceased to be a resident
of the Skolkovo Fund . To date, there are 1070 residents left. 45% of companies received revenue. Income of 3% of them exceeded 100 million rubles.
The list of resident residents is not disclosed. However, representatives of the foundation claim that most of them are “dead souls”. Kirill Bulatov, Vice President for Grants and Expertise of the Foundation, is sure that not all companies understood the essence of cooperation with the Foundation. For their part, it was erroneous to hope for funding, while not showing any results.
In addition, according to the rules of the fund, companies that merged with other firms should leave it. Some projects simply could not advance in their scientific research and left the fund.

to one of the sources of "Vedomosti", quite successful projects can leave the fund until the end of this year. Their management believes that the fund imposes on them related services: recruitment, secretarial services, and bookkeeping.

,” from 2016, residents must rent an office in the technopark of the foundation, which is located outside the Moscow Ring Road. “We were told that if we did not sign the lease agreement by December 31, we would have to give up resident status. At the same time, the cost of renting in our current office in Moscow is 10,000 rubles per square meter per year, at Skolkovo it is higher - 16,000 rubles per square meter. If I do not decide this issue in the near future, I will lose my resident status. I still do not earn, why should I increase expenses? ”, Argues the CEO of one of the companies.
Bulatov, in turn, noted some advantages of moving: it is not just a convenient office, but a place where you can develop a product, sell it and attract investments. Given the infrastructure, the benefits outweigh the residents' rental costs, he says.
Meanwhile, some companies have already moved to the technopark. For example,
LinguaLeo rented a premise for executives.
The amount of financing Skolkovo until 2020 will amount to 125.2 billion rubles. By this time, 2.5 million square meters of workers and residential premises will be put into operation. One of them ("Hypercube") has already been built.
