Rosreestr launched online registration of real estate rights

Today, June 1, Rosreestr launched the online service of state registration of property rights . Now for registration of real estate there is no need to communicate with officials. The process of online registration should not take more than half an hour, according to the agency.

Previously, the service “State Registration of Real Estate Rights” worked in test mode for Moscow and the Moscow Region. To use the new service, you must have an electronic signature and electronic copies of documents. State duty can be paid on the Rosreestr portal , where the service itself is located.

The result of the service is an electronic document. A link to download it will be posted there, on the portal Rosreestra, reports "Kommersant".

Previously, services were launched for setting up real estate for state cadastral registration , for issuing information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate Rights and Transactions with It ( USRR ) and from the State Real Estate Cadastre ( GKN ).

By 2019, Rosreestr plans to put online at least 70% of public services.

In addition to registering rights, from June 1, users will be able to view, receive and copy information from the USRR and the GKN as an electronic document in real time by accessing information resources containing the information of the USRR and the GKN.
