What device can compete with the iPhone?

Impressed with the success of the new iPhone (1 million copies sold just for the first weekend), the public continues to look for alternatives . It is simply impossible to believe that no one manufacturer exists and even in the plans there is nothing that can repeat the success of the development of Apple. Is the iPhone really doomed to become the most popular smartphone in the world?
