Global sales of drones are actively growing

Analyst Mary Meeker, partner of the Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers investment fund, published a report on the dynamics of global drone sales. According to the analyst, in 2014, sales of drones increased to $ 750 million, according to Vedomosti. In 2013, this figure was $ 250 million. As for 2015, Mary Miker predicts sales growth up to $ 1.7 billion. In quantitative terms, this is 4.3 million unmanned aerial vehicles.

According to Miker, in 2014, more than 35% of sales accounted for the United States, about 30% for Europe, 15% for China, and 20% for the rest of the country.

As for Russia, here it is worth quoting data from LDPR deputy Mikhail Degtyarev, who indicates a figure of 50 thousand drones, which are now being exploited in Russia.
