Take part in the first Russian IT delegation to India, the greenest technopark in the world

In December 2014, the WebCanape team returned from India. The main purpose of the trip was to explore the possibilities of expanding the geography of the business. Why India? We are interested in countries with high dynamics of small business development, when everything is just beginning. Look at the statistics . It is enough to pay attention to the fact that the population of India is 1.3 billion people and only 15% of them still use the Internet. Very interesting dynamics. It is 3800% and, apparently, in 2020, the Indians will come in second place in the number of Internet users in the world. This means that the business is going sharply online.

What we saw in India confirmed and even exceeded all our expectations. We were in the state of Kerala - the most advanced state in terms of technology penetration and the most promising in terms of the development of it-business, focused specifically on the Indian market. The state has an area of ​​less than Smolensk region built 4 operating technopark with the most modern infrastructure. Solved the problem with personnel who flock from all over India in search of good work, inexpensive infrastructure for life, good climatic and environmental conditions.

I already described our first visit earlier . It gave its results. With colleagues from the technopark, we agreed on the first business tour of the Russian delegation to Kerala. We plan to gather a group of entrepreneurs interested in entering the Indian market. Reception will be at the highest level.

The government of India is not just loyal to cooperate with Russian IT companies, but is doing everything possible to attract investors, partners, and developers to the territory of the greenest IT cluster in the world, Harmony at work. Now more than 300 IT companies from different countries work in the Kerala technology parks, among which there are no Russian ones. In the near future it is planned to create a cluster and Russian companies.

We are going to India together

In order to successfully start and understand the problems of mentality, manageability, features of the consumer market, the combination of technology parks with the support of the Government of India, organizes the first business tour to Kerala. We help colleagues with the organization of the tour and plan to enter the first rows of the participants of the Russian cluster. Preliminary dates of the tour: August 16 - 23, 2015

Interested companies are invited to join the Russian delegation. In consequence, at the same time several Russian companies will be much easier to break through the path of business development in India. In early July, a delegation from India will arrive in Russia to get acquainted with the participants of the tour and prepare a business program based on the preferences of potential participants.
