Parallels will receive awards for generating ideas for patent applications. This will occur as part of a special employee incentive program. Companies need new technologies.
Parallels representatives say that the vast majority of its employees regularly offer extraordinary solutions.
“Thoughts about the patent are capable of pushing an employee with programming skills to search for the best technological solution, crystallize the approach, the emergence of new creative teams,” say company representatives.
“With this program we want to inspire employees to generate ideas and launch the process of their active communication with patent attorneys within the company. The strategic goal is to expand the pool of patents for know-how in the highly competitive IT market, ”explains Parallels CEO Birger Sten.
The incentive program covers employees from 17 countries of the world,
reports LENTA.RU Awards are provided at various stages of work on the idea: from a brief text description, graphs and drawings, to the filing of an application and obtaining a patent. The bonus fund is estimated at several thousand dollars. The approximate duration of the program is two years.
