The incentive program covers employees from 17 countries of the world, reports LENTA.RU Awards are provided at various stages of work on the idea: from a brief text description, graphs and drawings, to the filing of an application and obtaining a patent. The bonus fund is estimated at several thousand dollars. The approximate duration of the program is two years.
