Scartel General Director Anatoly Smorgonsky leaves his post after a year of work due to the expiration of the contract. The place of the head of the company will be occupied by the executive director of MegaFon on business development in the mass market, Mikhail Dubin.
Mikhail Dubin commented on Vedomosti that Megafon is pleased with the results of Scartel, achieved under the leadership of Smorgon. The mobile operator Yota was successfully launched on the market.
According to the source of "Vedomosti", the reason for the non-renewed contract was the dissatisfaction of shareholders with the work of Smorgon: he did not make the fourth federal operator from Yota.
