Russia and China will sign an agreement on cooperation in the field of information security

The agreement on the details of the agreement required additional time, and on May 6, 2015, the draft bilateral agreement and the order of Dmitry Medvedev to hold talks with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia were made public.
The main threats to international information security in the agreement call the use of information and communication technologies:

integrity of states
causing economic and other damage
for terrorist purposes
for committing offenses and crimes
to interfere in the internal affairs of states and violation of public order, incitement of hatred on national, racial or religious grounds,

As part of the joint work, Russia and China will:
create communication channels to respond to threats,
develop international law
share information in the law enforcement field and conduct joint investigations into criminal and terrorism cases,
share technology to ensure the security of critical information infrastructure,
promote research and collaborate in this area,
prepare specialists, exchange students, graduate students and teachers.
Moscow believes that this agreement will strengthen the Russian-Chinese strategic partnership and lead to mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
