PayPal Extends One-Touch Payment - One Touch ™

Bill Redi (Bill Ready), senior vice president of PayPal today wrote that one-touch payment technology is now available for all platforms and devices.

15 years ago, the foundation of PayPal was aimed at simplifying the use of electronic money for consumers and merchants. Last fall, we launched One Touch ™ payments on mobiles, resulting in an increased total number of purchases from online stores. Today we are launching One Touch for the entire web, allowing consumers to pay for purchases without identifiers and passwords after the first registration.

Last September, One Touch earned on mobile, allowing you to shop at Airbnb, Boxed, Jane.com, Lyft, Munchery and YPlan. Many sellers said that this immediately led to an increase in sales. For example, Yplan and StubHub reported a twofold increase in conversions. One Touch, in general, allows consumers to pay without entering payment information, even when registering. Using this feature helps increase customer acceptance.
