The Nanosemantics company and the Skolkovo Foundation are holding the first ever
battle of Russian-speaking chatbot in the Turing test format.
In 1950, Alan Turing in the article
“Artificial Intelligence and Computing Machines” predicted that by the year 2000 computers could imitate human dialogue in such a way that the average interlocutor would have no more than 70% chance of correctly determining whether the interlocutor is a computer or a person after five minutes of dialogue.
I invite those interested in artificial intelligence under the cat to feel like a judge and not let the robot fool yourself.

In June 2014, the Turing test
was completed by an English-language chatbot developed in St. Petersburg and represented by a boy from Odessa. 33% of his interlocutors were convinced that they communicate with the person.
Chatbot is a computer program that uses artificial intelligence to communicate with a person in a natural language and imitates a person.
In June 2015, any visitor of Startup Village 2015 can become a judge of Russian-speaking chatbot. All that the judges need is to communicate for 3 minutes, first with one interlocutor, then with another, tell which one is a robot, and give him a score of 0 to 10. The more a robot looks like a human interlocutor, the higher the score.
It is not known whether any of the chatbots will be able to take the Turing test in Russian in the near future. Today you can chat with one of the competitive robots, following this
link (until May 20, 2015 inclusive) .
