HeadHunter service will not be sold, RBC
reports . Back in mid-November last year, the owner of HeadHunter announced that the service would be sold for 9.85 billion rubles. a consortium of investors led by
Elbrus Capital . Under the terms of the contract, the transaction was to be closed in the first quarter of 2015.
However, the consortium failed to attract money to buy the asset, since the search was carried out abroad, and in the current crisis in the Russian Federation, Western investors were not ready to invest heavily in the purchase of large Russian assets.
Note that in 2013, HeadHunter revenue amounted to 2.756 billion rubles. In 2014, this figure amounted to 2.78 billion rubles. Unfortunately, the income for the first quarter is not specified yet.
