The first application from Google Mobile for iPhone
On July 10, two official Google blogs — basic and mobile — appeared on the first mobile application for the iPhone and iPod touch — the Google Mobile App.
This application combines all the power of Google services and the interface of the iPhone, which will allow you to find everything you need faster and easier. The Google Mobile App contains only one input field for searching in contacts and the Internet. As soon as you start typing - Google will help you. Help consists of input tips, tips for web site addresses and simple access to a search query that you entered earlier. The Google Mobile App performs a search while typing the search query itself, so once you’ve finished entering a search query, the results will be waiting for you. In addition, the Google Mobile App remembers the most popular searches and places them on top. Finally, the application also uses the capabilities of My Location to determine the current position of the user and shows the nearest objects that match the search on the map. For example, searching for nearby cafes, restaurants or shops.

If you need to use other Google mobile services, you just need to click on the “Explore more” button.
To get the Google Mobile App you need to download it from the App Store by searching for the keyword 'Google Mobile'. To access the App Store you need the latest software update for the iPhone. For now, the Google Mobile App is only available for US users. For the rest of the application will be available later.
