Users are additionally charged for services that they did not choose. The head of the Iranian Council, German Klimenko, believes that this problem should be solved at the state level.
The issue is on the agenda of the Internet forum RIF + CIB , as reported by RBC. Mobile operators impose a subscription to additional payments to users. They complain that when you connect some options without their knowledge, services are connected, for which funds are also withdrawn.
Klimenko notes that very small amounts are withdrawn. And this can not serve as a basis for a criminal case.
