According to a source at Bloomberg, Nokia plans to find support among government officials in France. At the same time, the authorities of the country are looking for ways to save jobs in case of absorption of Alcatel-Lucent.
If the transaction is carried out, it will be the largest takeover in the entire history of Nokia. Unfortunately, the value of the deal has not been disclosed, but analysts at Exane BNP Paribas say the amount is € 12.7 billion.
