Rejected bankruptcy lawsuit from the operating company Look At Media
According to The Village, on Tuesday, April 7, the Moscow Arbitration Court considered the lawsuit filed by the Federal Tax Service regarding the recognition of bankruptcy of LLC LEM Russia, which is the operating company of Look At Media Publishing House.
Following the meeting, the court decided to reject the claim due to the lack of grounds for the introduction of the bankruptcy procedure of the legal entity.
