Organization of the development process in java

Good day, habra people ...
I want to ask you for advice on how to better organize the work of the team that develops server applications in java. Could you describe the full development cycle (briefly :-)) with medium detail: where the raws are put, how to connect it with documentation and bug tracking, how to get these raws, how to debug them (some unit tests) taking into account server nature of the project. You can even with the names of software products.
How is this done in your office?
